Headed by Anil B. Kakade (CEO & Managing Partner) a well known personality in the echelons of Pune's Society the company under his guidance & leadership has come a long way since its inception almost 2 decades ago. Anil B. Kakade is an Alumni of Ness Wadia College of Commerce and was also the elected General Secretary of the College. Upon completing his graduation (BCom) he went on to study further and got an MBA from Institute of Management Development & Research Pune.
Anil is also an acclaimed movie director & producer and through his associate firm A K FILMS have produced & delivered successful regional movies, documentaries, plays & stage dramas and are continuing to do so.
Coming from an illustrious family who are proud owners of Pune's iconic cinema theaters RATAN & NISHAT cinema halls Anil with his acquired business acumen went on to form Kakade Associates to provide top quality residential & commercial projects. Also keeping in mind the Kakade family tradition of Cinema Theaters, we are in the process of constructing a top of the range multiplex at Wadhmukwadi on the Pune Alandi road.
Furthermore, KAKADE ASSOCIATES is diversifying in the hospitality sector through Blue Frog Hospitality. A state of the art & one of its only kind Brazilian themed restaurant "BOTECO" spread over an area of 7000 sq.ft. located in the Koregaon Park area of Pune is under the process of being set up.
